The strategic approach
Design and growth rebuilt the site around the searches that bring new patients: the conditions treated, the suburbs served, and whether ACC claims are handled. Operations connected online booking to the clinic’s practice software and added text reminders.
Technical and creative execution
- A fast, accessible site with a page for each condition and a plain-language page on ACC
- Local search: Google Business Profile, consistent listings, and a review request after each first visit
- Online booking through the existing practice software, embedded on every page
