The challenge
Tidewater had sold at weekend markets for three years under a hand-drawn logo. To win café accounts it needed bags, a price list and a reason for a café owner to switch roaster, and it had none of them in a form that could be emailed.
A roaster moving from market stalls to wholesale, with no brand to show a café owner.
Tidewater had sold at weekend markets for three years under a hand-drawn logo. To win café accounts it needed bags, a price list and a reason for a café owner to switch roaster, and it had none of them in a form that could be emailed.
Design built the identity from the place: a tide line across a circle, set in two colours that print cheaply on kraft bags. Production shot a two-minute film of one roast from green bean to cup, cut into short pieces for sales emails and social media.
Tracking goes in during week one, before anything changes, so every result is compared with a real baseline. These are the numbers this project reports on each month:
| Number | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Wholesale enquiries per month | Sample request form |
| Samples that become accounts | Tidewater’s own sales records |
| Film views to the end | Video platform retention |
| Market stall sales | Point-of-sale totals, as the baseline |
Tell us the number you need to move. We reply within one working day with a plan and a fixed quote.
